Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 20, 2026.

Version: 1.0

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Accordia Group (“Accordia,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through the Accordia Group website at accordiagroup.com and any redirect domains we own (collectively, the “Site”).

Accordia Group is a holding entity and brand platform. It does not provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, accept case intake, or process case-related data. This Policy covers only information collected through the Site. It does not cover the practices of any Member Firm (National Arbitration and Mediation, ADR Support, Salmon & Dulberg, Alvarez Dispute Resolution), each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

2. Geographic Scope

Accordia Group and its Member Firms serve clients in the United States and Canada. The Site is directed to visitors in the U.S. and Canada. We do not target or market to individuals in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other international regions.

If you access the Site from outside the U.S. or Canada, you do so on your own initiative, and your information will be processed in the United States under U.S. law. If you are located outside the U.S. or Canada and choose to contact us, we will handle your information consistent with this Policy and applicable law. If applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we generally process information based on our legitimate interests, your consent, or to respond to your request.

3. Information We Collect

We limit collection to what is needed to operate the Site and communicate with visitors who choose to contact us.

  • Information you provide. If you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you provide, typically name, email address, employer, and message content.
  • Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 7.

We do not collect case content, party or counsel information, protected health information (PHI), payment card data, or Social Security / Social Insurance numbers through the Site. Please do not submit that information to us.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • Respond to inquiries you submit.
  • Measure and analyze Site performance and audience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use personal information to train foundation models or third-party AI systems.

5. AI and Automated Processing

We may use AI-assisted tools (for example, analytics and productivity tools from Microsoft, Anthropic, and OpenAI) to help operate and analyze the Site. Personal information may be processed by service providers located in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws. Any such use is subject to the following commitments:

  • We do not use personal information submitted through the Site to develop, improve, or train generative AI models except where expressly authorized by law or with your consent.
  • Automated processing is limited to operational tasks (analytics, security, content management). It is not used to make legal or consequential decisions about you.
  • Human review governs any material decision arising from our use of the Site.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support the Site, under written contracts limiting use to our instructions.
  • Member Firms, only if you specifically ask us to route your inquiry to a Member Firm, in which case that firm’s privacy policy applies.
  • Legal, safety, or compliance recipients, when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, and preferences. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required. You can manage your preferences through our cookie consent banner and your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

The specific cookies and third-party technologies in use are listed in the cookie preference center on the Site.

Our security program aligns with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
