Maggy T. Carney is President of ADR Options, where she has led all operations since 2013 – including business development, neutral recruitment, pricing, and marketing.

Under her leadership ADR Options has grown into one of the leading ADR providers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, ranked Tier 1 for arbitration and mediation by U.S. News & World Report and consistently recognized as a top ADR firm by The Legal Intelligencer. Before ADR Options, Maggy was a professor of mathematics and business, drawing on an earlier career as an electrical engineer. Her prior roles include leading the technical support department for an online investing firm and developing products and training in the barcode-scanning field.
