1. About Accordia Group
Accordia Group is a holding entity and brand platform for a family of independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) firms, including National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM), ADR Support, Salmon & Dulberg, and Alvarez Dispute Resolution (each, a “Member Firm”).
Accordia Group does not itself provide ADR services, accept case intake, employ neutrals, or process case-related data. All ADR services are provided by the Member Firms, each of which maintains its own terms of service, privacy policy, and client agreements. If you are seeking ADR services, please visit the applicable Member Firm’s website.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Accordia Group website located at accordiagroup.com and any redirect domains owned by Accordia Group (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms do not apply to the websites, portals, or services of any Member Firm, which are governed by their own separate terms.
3. Site Content
Content on the Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. It is not legal advice, does not create any attorney-client, neutral-party, or professional relationship, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
