Irini Bekhit is Director of Panel Relations at NAM, where she leads the growth and engagement of the organization’s panel of mediators and arbitrators as well as leads market development efforts across the ADR community.
Irini joined NAM in 2026 after 15 years with the New York State Unified Court System, most recently as Court Attorney Referee and ADR Coordinator for the Richmond County Supreme Court. She is an adjunct professor at the College of Staten Island and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and has held leadership positions within the Court Attorneys Association and numerous bar and ADR organizations.
