Lisa Wodtke is Chief Human Resources Officer of Accordia Group and NAM.
Her role is to partner across the business to build the organizational capabilities, operating practices, and leadership infrastructure that support the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Lisa joined NAM in January 2026 with more than 20 years of human resources experience at organizations including Thomson Reuters, Ecolab, and Target, spanning talent strategy, executive development, organizational design, M&A, workforce planning, and technology transformation.
