Michelle Diamond is Chief of Operations of ADR Support, where she oversees day-to-day operations and leads the Case Management, Finance, Marketing, and Technology teams.
She is responsible for delivering practice-management services to the mediation practices on the ADR Support platform, spanning more than a dozen states, each with its own policies, procedures, and requirements. Michelle previously held management roles at Walt Disney World and in education.
