Scott Burch is Chief Financial Officer of Accordia Group and NAM. He oversees financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
Scott joined NAM in 2024 with 20 years of experience in increasingly senior roles across the hospitality, banking, logistics, and software industries. Accordia Group is his second engagement with a Thompson Street Capital Partners portfolio company, following his role as finance lead on a successful exit in 2022. Scott began his career at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice and is a licensed CPA.
