ADR Support serves the independent side of the profession: solo neutrals and small panels who want a full professional operation behind them, sized to their practice.
The business began with what its founders had already seen. David H. Salmon has worked as both a mediator and a firm leader at Salmon & Dulberg in Miami. Darren Lee has spent his career in the ADR industry. Between them they recognized an untapped need: independent neutrals doing excellent work, but without an optimal team behind them.
Co-Founders Salmon and Lee built ADR Support to put an entire operating team around each neutral, covering case management, billing and collections, marketing and branding, website and digital marketing, and practice coaching for business development. The premise is simple. You mediate, we do the rest. The transition is handled end to end, and neutrals hand off hundreds of hours of administrative work a year to a team whose job is supporting their practice.
Within Accordia Group, ADR Support widens what the platform can reach. NAM, Alvarez Dispute Resolution, Salmon & Dulberg, and ADR Options each run full-service operations in their own markets. ADR Support serves neutrals who practice independently and want an operational standard behind them without building it themselves.
“We’ve built an entirely new business model that lets dozens of busy solo mediators and smaller panel firms across the country stay focused on settling cases, while our team handles case administration, billings and collections, and marketing,” said Darren Lee, Co-Founder.
“It’s exciting to be part of the platform that will help shape the future landscape of the ADR industry as mediation and arbitration continue to become the primary and preferred way to resolve disputes of all sizes,” said David H. Salmon, Co-Founder.
Today, ADR Support shows Accordia Group can serve dispute resolution at every scale, from large ADR panels to independent neutrals.
The brand spotlight series continues across the Accordia Group platform.
